I understand all of this and want nothing but for any and everyone who joins Team Beast Fitness to find that balance where we can handle all of what life throws at us while also getting our bodies to where we want them. As a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, holder of an associates of science in kinesiology, and having been on every side of the health and wellness spectrum from competitive bodybuilder, strongman and power lifter to being over 300lbs and in the worst health of my life, i know what it takes to break down the barriers we all face. Connect your wearable device such as apple health or Fitbit with the app to track your daily activity levels and workout metrics like heart rate and calories burnt.
Check-in Friday mornings with your stats, weekly photos(if comfortable) and measurements to keep track of your progress and make adjustments whenever required.
Get frequent tweaks on your workout plan based on your heart rate, feedback and of course, your schedule & preferences.
With your Friday check in done on time, we can update and email your plan by Saturday to ensure ample time to grab your groceries and prep your next weeks meals while keeping it healthy and eating things you're gonna enjoy
Do you have plans or can you coach someone who travels all the time??
Yes, as a traveling worker now, i know the ins and outs of hotel workouts and finding gyms in my area to keep the momentum!
What is expected of me during these programs?
EFFORT! I want this so bad for you, but you’re going to have to want it just as bad. I will give you all the tools and show you everything you need to know to succeed, but this doesn’t work unless you do!
How does this all work?
Simply put, you pick the package and or program that suits you best. We then get it all scheduled out and it’s loaded into your dashboard in our app. After that you will have 24/7 access to me for question visa messages in case we need to tweak things here and there on your program or diet.
