As a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, holder of an associates of science in kinesiology, and having been on every side of the health and wellness spectrum from competitive bodybuilder, strongman and power lifter to being over 300lbs and in the worst health of my life, i know what it takes to break down the barriers we all face. EFFORT! I want this so bad for you, but you’re going to have to want it just as bad. I will give you all the tools and show you everything you need to know to succeed, but this doesn’t work unless you do!

Simply put, you pick the package and or program that suits you best. We then get it all scheduled out and it’s loaded into your dashboard in our app. After that you will have 24/7 access to me for question visa messages in case we need to tweak things here and there on your program or diet.
